1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fabjee ("fabjee ", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fabjee website and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing facilities.

By accessing fabjee, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

fabjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Scope of Services

fabjee provides an online platform offering the following services to eligible players located in Bangladesh:

1.2 Platform Availability

fabjee endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond fabjee's reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or network disruptions. fabjee will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to notify players in advance of any scheduled outage.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold a fabjee account and access the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or older.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of fabjee or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the fabjee platform, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or through a mandatory ban imposed by fabjee.
• You are acting in your own name and using funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You hold only one active fabjee account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification Procedures

fabjee conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your identity and age:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid passport (photo page)
• Birth registration certificate (for age confirmation if NID is unavailable)
• Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days
• Proof of payment method ownership — screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits

Until KYC verification is successfully completed, fabjee reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to promotional offers on your account. Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with the fabjee Privacy Policy.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on fabjee. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of a registration error — are prohibited. If fabjee identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by name, NID, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating your fabjee account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or subsequent account verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fabjee account credentials, including your username and password. fabjee strongly recommends:

• Choosing a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying fabjee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

fabjee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on fabjee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. fabjee does not charge conversion fees on BDT transactions, however your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

fabjee accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your fabjee account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to payment provider processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact fabjee support via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. fabjee aims to process the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of ৳500.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fabjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to your fabjee account balance or bonus wallet as specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x) and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• fabjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus credited to an account if it has been obtained through fraudulent means, through exploitation of a platform error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players may only claim one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.2 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

fabjee runs special promotional campaigns tied to key dates in the Bangladeshi cultural calendar, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only. Players are encouraged to check the promotions page regularly and to read the individual terms applicable to each seasonal offer.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fabjee, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The following activities are strictly prohibited on fabjee:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on fabjee.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with fabjee.
• Using fabjee if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent platform security measures.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in fabjee's systems for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a software error will be deemed void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match fixing in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing fabjee staff members or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any software, content, or intellectual property forming part of the fabjee platform.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any violation of the user obligations set out in this section may result in one or more of the following actions at fabjee's sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any pending or credited bonus funds, withholding of any withdrawal pending investigation, and/or reporting of fraudulent or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

7 Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games available on fabjee are governed by the specific rules published for each game, which are accessible from within the game interface itself. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, the following general principles apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on fabjee's systems, the round will be declared void and your stake will be returned to your account balance.
• If a technical error affects only the display of a game result (i.e. the game engine correctly completed the round but the result was not displayed to you), the game engine result shall be the definitive outcome.
• fabjee reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the outcome was already known to the player at the time the bet was placed.

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on fabjee are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets can only be placed on events and markets that are currently open for wagering on the fabjee platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all affected bets will be settled according to the published sports betting rules for that specific sport.
• For cricket markets specifically: if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other external conditions, settlement rules will be applied in accordance with Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology where applicable.
• fabjee reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including for in-play events where live data integrity cannot be guaranteed.

7.2 RNG Certification

All non-live casino games on fabjee use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of every spin, hand, or round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by previous results, bet size, player behaviour, or any other external factor. fabjee does not alter game volatility or return-to-player (RTP) percentages from the values certified by the game providers.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where fabjee reasonably suspects that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder has self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent their self-exclusion period.
• The account holds duplicate registrations for the same individual.
• fabjee is required to close the account by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by fabjee due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fabjee account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Once your account has been closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

fabjee strongly supports responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and session time controls directly within their account settings. 8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fabjee with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
